Fort Worth Wellness is a holistic wellness center in Fort Worth. They combine Eastern and Western medical training to solve their clients’ medical mysteries. We took over all of the marketing for Fort Worth Wellness in 2022.

The Challenge

Fort Worth Wellness came to us with the goals of boosting brand awareness, increasing clients, and ultimately booking more appointments. Specific challenges included:

Outdated Branding: The existing logo and brand colors did not effectively represent Fort Worth Wellness's mission and values.
Website Overhaul: The current website was outdated, lacked user-friendliness, and failed to showcase the full spectrum of services and staff.

The Strategy

Our team completely revamped Fort Worth Wellness’ branding established their digital presence. Peaks Marketing created a new website, optimized all web copy, breathed new life into social media content, and curated business collateral that was cohesive with the new brand.

Brand Identity Revamp

We redesigned Fort Worth Wellness's logo, incorporating a calming leaf motif and soothing colors that symbolize hope, renewal, and growth in the wellness journey. Additionally, we established primary and secondary brand colors aligned with their services.

Website Enhancement

Our team developed a user-friendly website for Fort Worth Wellness, featuring updated branding elements, comprehensive service listings, staff profiles, and integrated SEO strategies including a blog for organic traffic. The site also featured prominent calls to action for easy client contact.

Email Campaigns

We launched a newsletter subscription campaign targeting current, and former clients and prospects. Using lead generation ads, contests, QR code sign-ups, and more, we built a substantial email list. Subscribers received a welcome email series, followed by a monthly email campaign featuring specials, promotions and more, resulting in high open and click rates.
